I did not like working here at all. During interview, I was told a different story, but on actuals, its purely different. Like, we do business with huge organizations, we dont bill anything less than 16L, but we were chasing clients to even pay 2L.

There are quite a lot of things 1. Boss - Lala company 2. Salary - You may not even get 3 months' salary here 3. Toxic work culture - Everybody talks about everyone. Questions about others' competency, especially a leech like Zahid. 4. Job Security - No security as such, Lala ji can fire anyone anytime, and even won't pay salaries.5. Promotions and Variable pay - No promotions and incentives here. If you can work at 25% of your salary, go ahead....Read More
