My place is good but not as much by my point of u.introduction of new technology machine is good . all staff are work here as team which is one of good thing..people from different backgrounds n their culture are distinct good to have all in on roof n working together.salary package is ok as a government hospital follow all govt criteria for salary ta,da etc
My working place is not that much spacious as it so..cause often patient crowd increases BT bed is same in number.no in-service education n growth of employees not on talent base ..so for me no growth even I grown old ,,,,,as you know category system in India.nursing station is very very small I think less then 3'4" very very discomfort. place is my own.govt rule for salary n travel basis on us basic salary.appraisal is based on most of time discrimination.no instrument technician available for ICU as needed 24 hours.no any annual function n all.
It's very very challenging.. working with staff, doctors n patients n all sometime very hectic.but some time very interesting too with new cases,, when patients improving n going to home feel really happy n appreciable.
All staff is very helpfull, supportive & work as a team,,, every official is there to help you in solving any problem,,, there's much to learn there..... Easy to reach by metro delhi gate... Politics is everywhere in working place but its healthy one...
There is nothing negative about lok nayak hospitals,,,
