They have free food Quality is good, live kitchen . They have good facilities that takes care of your health. And we have fun Fridays to release stress. Very less promotion chances if you're SE or SSE Managers don't know what they are doing. tedious & boring work, always need to extend your work timings Need to be available on weekends also if you are on-call and that will consume weekends No Testing Team, No infra Team, The developer needs to do everything like 5-6 profile work. (Product Manager, architect, lead, scrum master, developer, tester, dev-ops) and much more. Expect very less percentage of hikes....Read More
