I like the way LTIMindtree offers to work.

Dislikes

The bench policy is worst. You only get 2 months of benching period. You'll get no opportunity unless you do some networking or manual research. All of a suddent your project might come to an end. There are lot of policies to retrieve the project eithout any proper reason for clients. So. The job security is not that good here.

The work culture in the Microsoft CSS project at LTIMindtree is very poor. There is excessive micromanagement, and work-life balance is non-existent. The benefits are lacking, and when it comes to appraisals, the average increase is just 0-2 percent, so there's little room for growth. Promotions are handled internally, without any corresponding salary hike or change in salary grade or designation. Instead, employees receive a simple email from management stating that they will be taking on a new role, such as a Technical Advisor. Irrespective of how much hardwork you do, it's of no use in this company. You will be easily replaced. No recognition for the people who work effectively. Your growth depends upon your connection level with the managers. Too many fake promises to retain a person with no proper promotion or hike. Micromanagement. They will speak too much regarding the progress of the work but when asked about hike or promotion their mouths will not open. They will not care if you live or die, they want their work to be finished. That's all they wanted. Poor management. Managers and HRs are not aware of the company policies.
