It's a very toxic work culture. A human resource department who cannot empathise with it's employees. No promotion for 4 to 5 years. They have only 1 major revenue earning account which poses issues to job security. No perks no appreciations. Worst work culture

Salary was little better than all of its competitors if you are switching to it for critical roles

Dislikes

Toxic culture , HR controls a lot. Even in emergency cases you can't take wfh even if it's family medical urgency or your marriage. They deduct leaves if you don't do WFO for 6 hours each day and 2 days a week. Even if you raise concern or put your voice. You may get fired or threatened.

No WorkLife balance. They will not appreciate your work. No reward or recognition. If you joined the company recently , they will exploit you thinking that you must got a great hike. Not worth joining. It will take a toll on your health and give you stress.

I was aware of my client before joining LTI. If manager is good, they can ask you to work for 2 days from any satellite office(other location). Leaves are 20 and 2 special leave (birthday and anniversary) Sick leave 15 ( if u are really unwell and took medical certificate from clinic/hospital) Many campus in Mumbai and Pune, which help to visit any nearest location to swipe and work. Heard of many small clients and projects, which they needs to work on for expansion. No appraisals in last 2 years but they announced they gonna give by oct'24. Strict 6 hours in office , otherwise leave deduction of 0.25 per day if fall short. No headset, mouse. Because they hired too many people and request is pending from very long. They're focusing on fulfilling laptop delivery first.

Be careful when you join. Here. In the name of up skill they do a lot of torture. No hikes no promotion although you work hard. They will expect you to be a super developer but they will give you .1% hike
