The organisation gave me the opportunity to become an experienced guy from a nobody, i.e. Fresher. I learnt a lot from my colleagues as well as seniors. It shaped me to become what I am today, i.e. Talented😅. Overall, I thank Ltimindtee for everything. When no one was accepting a fresher with a year gap, they accepted me.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals should be better as compared to other organisations. Organisation pay less and expect more from the individual which is wrong. They should push freshers more financially. Because of salary appraisals, people are leaving the organisation.

Such a worst organisation I have ever worked with. They don’t value employees and don’t pay salary hikes. Work culture is literally and the management is so mean they just take their own advantage in higher level and for the employees they look them as majdoor

Favoritism for any damn stuff. People who work keep working are meant to keep doing it covering ppl who dont. Sometimes 1 covering 10 too. Management will ask u to give more n more contribution so that their pockets are paid with ur share too. Whereas ull receive 3_5% hike for consecutive o/s performance. People who dont work keep sitting idle<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you spend first 4years u can be resting for rest of years n ull get ur salary, ull get a promotion for every 3 yrs</mark>.No recognition for good work. Forget about promotion in less than 3 yrs how hard u try if you are not a vegetarian. So i would suggest nof to work if you see u are not getting anything. 1) Work culture is so bad post merged Mindtree into LTI where micromanagement peaked, specially with PMO’s became toxic. 2)for billing they ask you to convert your skill irrespective of core background.. 3) won’t get any benefits and medical is another joke (you need to get sick for min 3days to avail)also appraisal is a big joke, projection vs implementation no comparison. 4) avoid this company who are planning long term association. 5) practise units will bug you all the time for project info tools/implementation from multiple resources. 6) normal employee can’t reach leadership if any problem, but if they want something from you need to join even if you are on client work. 7) HR people are the worst they behaviour costing company reputation and unresponsive all time.( don’t expect any transparent comm) 8) hire n fire 9) new performance criteria rule on appraisal where 50% project other 50% non project.
