I have worked in 3 process in 5 years. My current process which is USO2C process where Manager's politics are worst and few of the employees in this process are getting mentally torture, listen hard and abusive words from manager, never get appreciation and manager and it's head of the department takes away credits of their below colleagues.

Pathetic work culture, worst deadlines, too much work pressure. here most of the people only shout and blame others for their lack of competencies. Nothing is planned. Totally unorganized organization. No clear cut job responsibilities. No work life balance. People call you even on holidays and demand you to wok. You will regret to work in this culture.

Employee who are working more than 15 years are making such wonderful place terrible… they are absolutely making lobbying to bully new workers and they don’t give opportunities to grow new employees. Super toxic culture from great organisation. Note:- HR and higher management are very supportive
