1. Promotion. 2. Perks for employees are not available like diwali bonus (ap hi ki salary se month deduction krke diwali par use bonus k naam par de dete he.), no diwali gift, no production bonus etc. 3. HR policies should be more employees friendly.

Senior level and company manager not capable how to handle shop floor employees and other members. Not given promotion, Company culture change due to not capable manager. increment is very less.but work load is very big.
