Experience - 6 months internship + 6 months full time (Backend dev) [well known fintech company] - Have a 90+ ATS resume score. - Solved 600+ LeetCode questions. - Hold a cloud certification. - Knowledgeable in HLD/LLD. - Have good project I’ve been reaching out to 50+ people daily for referrals and applying to 10–15 jobs every day It’s been over 100 days, yet I haven’t received a single interview or coding round—mainly due to my limited experience Any advice?
