Hi All, joined Luxoft on Jan 10th 2022,as murex analyst. Its been an year that i joined Luxoft and can say its a great company to work for. Here are some good aspects of working at Luxoft. 1) Company provides lot of opportunities for learning and self development . Luxoft provides wide range of learning platform through Luxtalentportal, where we can explore related documents, recorded sessions and much more. 2) Health Insurance Health insurance covers parents as well along with its employees. 3) Company management is very supportive to its employees. Exposure to senior management is normal rather than something extraordinary or unusual.HR and management team is very supportive and reachable at anytime. 4) Onsite Opportunities Luxoft has plenty of clients and opportunities in many locations. Grabbing an onsite opportunity is not that difficult. 5) Also Luxoft provides internal mobility where we can change our projects internally based on our interest/location preference. It also provides relocation support. 6) Luxoft also conducts many cultural events , personal development programs and much more .
