It works based on individual's capabilities. If you have the required Skill set, you will find it very conducive.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past 2 years. No bonus. No integration with the company if you're working from client office. No feeling of belonging. You're owned by neither luxoft not client. You're on your own. You'll feel like you're a freelance contractor here. Leaves are limited. No time for trainings or personal development. Lot of uncertainty and anxiety if your contract with the client is coming to an end. Internal mobility is for namesake, unless your skills are highly in demand....Read More

Not many project opportunities. Working in client environment is a challenge, you feel quite disconnected. No laptop to access Luxoft portals or mail. They have two domains DXC and Luxoft. Mailbox is on DXC and all other portals on luxoft domain. Cross domain access is not possible. Learning and trainings are another big challenge. You are basically a contract employee with client. Good policies for job rotation, location change and career advancements.

Dislikes

Working in client environment makes it difficult to be connected with Luxoft domain. No laptop, not so great access mechanism using mobile. ILTs when in client site are impossible. Also haven't seen a way to make clear long term growth plans. The focus is more on your billability, so that comes first before your aspirations.

Hi , Luxoft can reject your offer letter as null or void at any time. I am ex-employee of Luxoft and I like to re-join again. then as my previous exp was good. So they send me offer letter also. I have put of my resignation also. At last of week joining, they dropped me a mail as Your offer is null or void. Also, offered offer letter date of joining was on holiday. See how careless of luxoft HR. when I as meaning of void and null offer on mail then HR told me call me. Mean they are not clear with Agreement.
