Luxor is not a good place to work. Too much politics here and most of the hods working here for more than 10-20-30 years. They did politics with new employees and no support from anyone. Management is also knows everything but can't do anything. Noting to work more here. Plant head is just for the name he doesn't have any sense and working like a molding head only.

She lacks professionalism , she is only there because she is old and knows if and buts of company .
