No growth no job security as management can remove anybody especially hr Dinesh. Salary too less for mechanical faculty and lots of politics in work especially from management and top administrative staff. Be sure to one who join here will soon looking for change as there is no respect for faculty.

The Tamil people only are backdrop for this college. Especially vice principal academics Ramanathan. He targets telugu people who are working efficiently. The management has to take good hods from telugu states.
