The most stagnant hierarchy. You may get good salary but getting a position even after spending and performing for years is difficult in Magicbricks. This slows down your career growth in long run. Few administrative policies are terrible and need improvement, difficult to work with them at times. I got picked from campus placement, our batch received so, many fake assurances regarding career, Support, job security and many other things, but we not even received one single thing. It's a organisation support only seniors, not at all recommended for freshers.
