As a freshers, we have to work a lot, so get to learn many technologies. People are approachable.

Company culture is very poor, since its a small company, the highest person in the company even knows the mistake made by smallest person in the company. Leave is never approved, People are going to festivals by taking Loss Without Pay. If performance is not gud then freshers of even 5 monthexperience are also terminated. so, job security is also zero. Casual leave also, they don't approve. I have joined magic bricks and work as relationship manager in Home Loan but the management team is third class,they did not listen any thing after apology and do not secure the job,the director name is NIMESH BHANDARI political person so I recommend for not joined job there

🔍 Is your company running on employee F&F settlements, or is the Home Interiors Division so strapped for cash that it can't even reimburse employees for their own invested money, let alone the settlement amount? 1️⃣ During probation, you impose a 1-month notice period—employees accept. 2️⃣ You ask employees to invest their own money in a fest that benefits the company, and then don't even bother to reimburse them—employees still agree. 3️⃣ You set a 90-day F&F settlement period, which was never mentioned in the offer letter, and then breach that agreement despite continuous follow-ups. And as if that’s not enough, you deduct the PF amount twice from employees and misrepresent it as a company contribution—without notifying anyone. Are you running a business or a scam? Employees are starting to wonder. The new labor laws are clear: F&F should be settled within 2 working days from the Last Working Day. Yet, here employees are struggling even after 90 days.
