1. They make their own rules. 2. Forced to come on Saturday's to mobilize. 3. Managers are likes bosses. They need employees to like them and laugh on their stupid jokes. 4. HR dept is very dangerous. They can transfer your salary in any account and take too much time to correct.

Managers are biased and there is a lots of politics with in, there is no proper scrutiny from the top management about whats happening in employees professional journey, managers abuse and blackmail to terminate the employees if we dont listen to them much to express.
