Terrible and stressful work culture and toxic workplace with a lot manipulation every now and then. If you speak up to wrong,you will be target and the targets are up for holding promotion, increments and probation too. Also if cost cutting is around the corner, u will be getting fired as well. But they will force u to resign instead to save it for later .so u don't create an issue for company reputation and to prevent it further they will take away all ur company access asap . While u keep asking about allocation or future scope to resign or look for opportunities before hand....they willl never give u clarity till the point of termination...Read More

Shopfloor team is good, they work as own firm/product, delivering output.

Here, three people are there that is GM, AGM and HR head. They threaten the staffs, feed negative feedback stopping them to grow-up. Three are the deciding authority and they would not allow anybody to lift-up because of preventing business shares. / Incentives.
