Working at M.T.N.L was fantastic. If you are having good teammates than you can achieve easily your targets. My teammates were of a combined nature. Regarding training, you are given in-service training time to time by a well trained staff at ITTM shadi our exchange. Being the CPSE, there is a job guarantee/security. Regarding career growth, it so-so. With every 5 years completion you will get financial upgradation but functional upgradation is not up to the satisfaction. Salary is much beyond your expectations.
