Zero work life balance.poor work management.there is no good system for costing.uneven work load distribution.frusrtated life.22 supplier given after joining and no idea what to do.They only want to do VOB nothing else..Zero learning..no technical and commercial learning only do the VOB..Only for saying flexible timing but due to work load one has need to do job 15 hrs a day.Much more clerical work.i suggest to the people who want yo join mahindra SSU ,dont waste your time and health in this job....Read More

salary not suitable as per working load work culture was terrible especially in marketing team. Micro Management, you have to face. some of them good. some of them are toxic. you need to travel in night also sometimes. There are no flexible hours to work. there is no work from home policy.
