I am happy because I was the part of the company. My teammates came from different background & culture. They also help me in my work. My training was held in Raipur. I am satisfied that training. The main plus point is job security. The company gave me lots of opportunities. My REPORTING OFFICER Mr. KOUSTUBH DESHPANDE is most lovable, helpful & a person of funtastic knowledge of law field. He had solution every law problem. The salary/appraisal is not satisfied in current time. But the other benefits like Travel Claim, Mobile Claim & Medical Claim are supported & beneficial to the employee. The company had provided me lots of knowledge of my field. I also like the employee re-hire policy. The environment during work is good. I am also ready to do work if company wants Legal Officer in Nashik area.
The growth in the company is slow. At the time of work the pressure is high in DJFM Target & in month end. The actual work is start after every 20th day of the month. Also there is no satisfied growth in appraisal. Sometime one can't manage the work & life balance. The individual salary is much low than today's life.
I am satisfied from my job as a Legal Officer. I got knowledge about the Rural finance. I also got good knowledge rural documentation.

I don't like here HR team they are not care to employee. And employee problem. When a employee giving a resign they are not to talk with him why you leave our organisation. I respect to Mahindra and some politics doing here branch manager or territory managers or state heads. HR was to personally talk with employe why you leaving are you have pressure which type pressure you are facing here like this . HR team was doing job like seeing film. It mean they are enjoying the employee going out of company or organisation they are happy to see that... Please i am requesting HR team please support to employ and don't loose skilled employees from out to organisation. Its lost to organisation. Not you. Please do your work dedication and professionally. Thank you. I am not hurt HR what i suffering i just wrote here. I love my organisation i love Mahindra
I am happily doing my job and l love my profession what give designation to me i really enjoyed my job
I am working in Mahindra home finance since last 4years, but due some mistake of upper level management in process of selection of some me people is not good, and it's very harmful for company's prospect.
With this company we can not balance our family life due to the poor salry and incentive structure, yes this is right that here is 100 percent of job security, but due to some upper level recruitment in recent it's environment is getting very polute, so I never recommend to join here to anyone. It's appraisal process is very poor.
It's not just organisation here you feel like family member
Training is so much good as like professional everything here you learn about their product meant by finance operation
Job security as well as good but you have to show your performance
While you working in finance operation as a customer manager position every customer take respect so we have to go with them politely.
Here as customer manager position nothing say would bothers me because I am so happy

Mahindra rural housing finance limited company is good but policy so bad and customer service is poor also I like feel such as cheeting to customer because company interest rate of home finance 12% to 17% and other company charge 8.65% to 15 % my customer Surendra Parihar take home loan at 12% he is govt employee and I know that he take home loan at 9 to 10% than I feel like cheeted to customer
