As a employee in Mahindra Home Finance expecting good work life balance thats it. As well as salary package of vantage employee was poor especially down grade employee was very average.

Worst company . They are completely cheating their customers also employee. We have to provide fake promises to customers and finally occupy their property as name of collection. Especially tiruthuraipoondi home finance company running like lodge. Manager always romancing with one of lady employee. Not doing his duty on regular basis.stuggled a lot. Even not worth for 1 star
