It's a Multi National Company. So the work experience will give you more value. But for fresher who are all passing out from BE will not going to get quality, maintenance, etc department. If we want job in this company, we have to operate CNC machines. Basic salary for a BE graduate is 17.5k per month. And they will deduct 5k in that amount. So you can get 12.5k per month.
Canteen facility is there. They will give you one time food. And be ready to work in shifts. Initially it's difficult, but you can understand everything by learning.
If you are not ready to do the job, company people will scold you. They will not give training initially. They just show you how to operate the machine for 2-3 days and then you only operate that machine. If anything happens we need to approach supervisor. The people around you will not come to help you for many times.
The worst thing is there is no chairs to sit. If you have night shift you have to stand in front of the machine for 8 hours.
Work is little bit heavier. It's difficult to operate CNC for 8 hours without sitting.
Nothing ! They will make you work for more than 10 hours daily, no off on saturdays i.e 6 working days, compensatory work has to be done on sundays if there is an official or govt. holiday. no work life balance they will give you a feeling of slave.
Everything ! disgusting food, no hygiene, stinky toilets, no canteen, brute employees, selfish management, being an engineer i got 500 rupees as a diwali bonus, how annual appraisal mine was 1,000 rupees only, no holidays, no work life balance, location outside the city. no facility ! better work in a grocery store than working in this company.
they do machining for built to print parts, same parts keep on running in a loop, same boring work from past several years.
Not a good company to work with, they have terrible politics than focusing on quality of work, you will loose your work life balance (not applicable to all the departments) may be applicable to the Purchace, NPD and Quality team
