I would like to share some observations about MR. TARUN BHASKAR, The Deputy Director and General Manager of the Marketing Department at MREI. The deputy director/ General manager of the marketing team, Mr. TARUN BHASKAR, is head of the department. He is indeed quite lucky, despite having a limited understanding of digital marketing.He has over 12 years of marketing experience, but only possesses basic technical knowledge. He lacks the ability to optimize even a single even a single campaign and is unaware of fundamental concepts such as meta title and description length. he often takes credit for the work done by team members. However, Mr. TARUN BHASKAR dose have one notable skill -- he is very good at pretending to be hardworking in front of the owners and the management of the MREI organization. On the other hand, he spends most of his day glued to his phone, scrolling dating apps like BUMBLE & TINDER in his cabin. Oh! I almost forgot to mention one of his "GOOD" habits -- he is known to be punctual, yet he consistently arrives at the office between 10:15 Am to 10:30 AM, Even though the official office timing is 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Despite everything, I am genuinely thankful to him, because he provoked me to resign from MREI, A decision that led me to an excellent new opportunity at my pervious company, Manav Rachna, with a best designation and significant salary hike. Now i am the Digital Marketing Manager with having around 9 years of experience. I believe every experience teaches us something valuable. While my time at MREI had its challenges, it ultimately paved the way for greater growth and clarity in my career. I'm truly grateful for lessons learned and the motivation that led me to this new chapter as a Digital Marketing Manager, Where i continue to grow and apply my 9 years of industry experience with purpose and confidence....Read More

I have worked briefly with MRU but I would say my shortest experience was the best. The work culture is really good. The trustees/ higher management is very much there on campus everyday and yet no micromanagement. If you are hard-working, you will get rewarded at this University. There is no substitute for hard work. This is the kind of place one would work for years.

No work life balance, if you want to become robot with no time to charge and work till you die, welcome to Manav Rachna.

Dislikes

MRU is a Pathetic place to work. VC and other seniors are bully and will never respect your time. And dare you take leaves, they will make you cry for months even if you took 2 days leave. Serving notice now, they don't deserve humans, robots will suit better there.
