Work life balance has gone to hell. They don't treat employees with respect and dignity. There is no growth. Despite running 2nd in hospital industry the attrition rate is higher.

People who are in top most position like medical superintendent/chief manager are not doing their work properly always doing bad politics to others to keep their chair stable.In bhubaneswar unit currently medical administration is very bad and always doing dirty politics rather than their work. Hospital is a best hospitals,if they change or minus this kind of unwanted people.

The expectation to be available around the clock, combined with excessive workloads, made it impossible to maintain a healthy personal life. Despite raising these concerns, there was little to no effort made by management to address them. This environment is unsustainable and detrimental to employee well-being.
