I have gained knowledge about the job. Managing many things/people

Dislikes

Lot of politics, no employee concern, Slow/no growth, Huge work pressure, should work even on Saturday and Sunday though initially they say 5 days a week. Worst HR policies. No cafeteria.

Only work life. No personal life. HR policies are not emploee friendly.
