There are two things that I liked about this company 1. Laptop that they have provided 2. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Lots of dislikes 1. Top management is foolish, Mr. Pawan has came from telecom industry and his last company was Paytm. He has no idea how business work in education sector. He is treating the assistant managers as executives. Is bande ne litrally hm logo ko bola ki chai ki tapri pe jao aur jaha student ekkatha hote hai aur waha seleads lekar ao. 2. Here you will face micromanagement you have to give evidence for every task that you have done. Clicking pics with location and time for every visit feels very shamefull. 3. There are no work culture, you have to do work from morning 9 to evening 9 and forget about your work life balance totally. You will start feeling like inside sales is far better than this foolish work culture. You must not join this company at all if you are already working in a toxic work culture be there don't this company here you will be leaded by some fool amatures....Read More
