No respect for your efforts & initiative's. You are performing well, but the company can fire you without any warning. Management is surrounded by big talkers and show-off peoples. Boss to be very gullible. To be quick to believe anything one hears, without giving much thought to it. Here are some more list:- 1. No Job Security -they believe hiring & firing process even all the departments 2. Few employees are double- faced specially Pandav Nagar Head Branch 3. Nobody wants to take extra responsibilities they throws boll to new joined court. 4. Favoritism is picked in office first 5. The working culture & policies are not employee friendly. 6. No paid leaves during the probation period (Six Months) 7. Monday to Saturday working 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Saturday half-day 2 p.m.) 8<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary deduction if you are late for 2 minutes, even if the previous day you left the office at late night </mark> 9. Employee Eat lunch on desk itself; no separate space for eating lunch 10. There are no arrangements tea, coffee even normal water glasses during the long internal meetings (3-4 hours.) 11. If you are thinking to ruine your career you can go ahead join this company. this is a family business and sales is highly unstable field field I know but here it more unstable similar to the fact if you are performing as well still the company can fire you due to office politics. 1. Your salary will be deducted if you come late for 1 second as well 2. You cannot go out with your team or alone during office hours, as they don't have any cafeteria or canteen. You have to spend your entire time sitting on your seat 3. If you take leave for 2 days i.e on Saturday and Monday, in this case, Sunday will also be counted as paid leave. So it means your salary will be deducted for 3 days instead of 2 days 4. Monday to Saturday working, you cannot even think of going out 5. No paid or sick leave during prohibition period of 6 months 6. The company makes money by deducting the salary of the employees who come late and adding this to their revenue slab 7. Recently the company installed a coffee machine, which is so worse that you won't like to drink it, although it's free but employees here want to go out and pay for the tea or coffee but don't want to drink this worse coffee and tea 8. You won't be get paid if you are leaving the office late or your manager is asking for some extra time but salary will be deducted for 1 sec late If you are planning to join the company be aware of the above fact and be prepared. 1. I dont prefer to join this organization due to strict check in timing of the company. You will led to salary deduction for the same if you are late for 2 seconds, your salary will be deducted for half day. 2. You cannot wear jeans in the office, it will again leads to salary deduction 3. If you are going to take leave for 2 days and in between these 2 days, if any official holiday or sunday arrive the company will deduct the salary for 3 days instead of 2 days as per their policy 4. It's a trading job, so everyday u start afresh with a new challenge.

The company cons you, they hire you as derivative analyst but gives you the profile of an equity trader. They hire MBA for work which can be done by Graduates. They sign bond for a period of 18 months because people find out the harsh truth within first month and they feel trapped. They also have extreme strict and unprofessional rules regarding punch ins<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. One second late after 8:30AM results in deduction of half day salary</mark>. I won't recommend this company who seeks career growth in field of finance. There is no growth here. There is hardly any scope of analysis.
