never ever to like any point.

1. maintenance managers are very bad. forced for work 12-14 hours daily work. 2. this Review is only for Unit 2 (MM4) Pune. if you leave company after shift end or duty timeout then harrashesh on call when you reach home. 3. deputy manager says to come in company again at evening 7pm also. I dont know any more like this treat. 4. the company treat employees like machines or robots. 5. HR also not taking any action on this type of culture. 6. Assembly and production managers are arrogent and not supportive 10%. thats why maintenance engineer mentally disturbs. 7. even not takes week off on time. not able to take paid holidays. 8. Maintenace HOD is treating LALA Type company owners. 9. work culture is very toxic. 10. no any maintenance person work more than 1 year or more. 11. do not join in plant 2 maintenace dept. 12.canteen food is very worst. Ours pet dog also not eat like this type of food. 13. managers expects you to work of 4 persons. 14. This company treats employees like machines, not human beings. We are forced to work 10 to 12 hours daily without any extra pay for overtime. Even after working beyond normal hours, we are treated like servants or laborers. There is no proper shift handover system. While your reporting time is fixed, there is no fixed time for leaving. No paid holidays are given, and no extra compensation is provided for working during Diwali or other festival days. The work culture is toxic, dominated by egos. If you complete your 8-hour shift and leave on time, it's seen as a serious offense. The canteen food is extremely unhygienic and of very poor quality — not even animals would eat it. If you eat the snacks, you are almost guaranteed to fall sick. Management exists only on paper. There is no proper system, no support for employees, and no willingness to improve. Joining this company is the quickest way to damage both your personal and family life...Read More

I feel I am not getting paid well and work culture is something which is challenging .But if you feel you’re crazy like me so you will find a way to create a good culture around you. At the end it’s not in our hand to change any company’s work culture ,but what in our hands is to extract the best out of it , rest is just a residual.
