Nothing to like. Basically a Lala company with highly toxic work culture and not even being able to pay salary on time.

TLs are bootlickers of management. HOD is a spineless coward not to be trusted whatsoever. Expect you to work on weekends without any recognition or rewards. Gave a five star chocolate for secret santa, can't expect a penny from him in terms of variable pay or bonus other than your in-hand salary. Intentionally make the company exitdifficult and do not pay FNF to employees. Multiple employees had to leave the organisation by working for free in their notice period. Ku**e ki tarah kaam karwayege or pesa ni denge (arbitrarily increased working hours to 9 hours 30 minutes with punch in and punch out times, salary is deducted if you do not comply, salary deduction for late arrivals, salary is deducted for taking leaves, etc.). NotMarket Xcel is an extremely unprofessional organization, especially in its hiring practices. The HR function lacks transparency and professionalism, making the entire process frustrating for candidates. The company’s culture is outdated, rigid, and at times, outright toxic. Many employees have recently left due to the poor work environment and lack of respect for individuals. On top of that, their salaries are well below industry standards, making it an unattractive place to work.
