It's a great way to get a quick certification if you need one for any reason or just to add to your CV.

Dislikes

The deadline is quite unachievable. We have to recruit 30 people in the matter of around 3 days. The job profile was also of a crownfunding intern so it was really hard to find someone who was interested. Also, if you don't complete the deadline, then the people you've recruited also don't get anything which leaves you with a bunch of people on your back who blame you.

The thing that inpresses me is their commitment to working with local communities. They understand that conservation efforts are most effective when local communities are involved, and they work tirelessly to engage and empower people living in and around conservation areas.

Marpu foundation is working towards the sustainable development and climate change which I find very interesting being a climate lover I love to work here as they are working rigorously to bring a positive impact in the society however getting more volunteers support will help in the growth of organization as they are very dedicated towards this cause

As they are working rigorously it sometimes became very hectic to maintain pace with the organization and sometimes difficult to maintain work life balance but as they are working towards a novel cause I do not complain about the work ethic.
