It's a great way to get a quick certification if you need one for any reason or just to add to your CV.

Dislikes

The deadline is quite unachievable. We have to recruit 30 people in the matter of around 3 days. The job profile was also of a crownfunding intern so it was really hard to find someone who was interested. Also, if you don't complete the deadline, then the people you've recruited also don't get anything which leaves you with a bunch of people on your back who blame you.

It provides good working conditions where we learn and grow. The objectives and principles of this organization is very insightful. The programs conducted by Marpu Foundation focuses on achieving sustainable development goals and finding creative solutions to the current environmental challenges.
