The work culture is beyond horrible. We sit at office till night 2 pm with tremendous pressure. The current manager at Chennai might create another similar EY story, the way he is putting pressure on the team. He doesn't care about weekends or even leaves taken for death ceremony of family, he will make sure you do not have life outside office.

There are so many things to dislike: Too much bureaucracy and hierarchy which makes work more hectic and delayed and ultimate pressure comes on you Ppl intentionally create pressure which further leads to stress.
