Nothing not even you will find good friends because there is no competition in market only challenge is that your team member will steal away your numbers if they gets the hint of any client buying simcards from u.
No culture,no office end time,no support,in every 6 month time you will find a fraud happened in any of the branches PAN India,people doing Forex sales escaped with cash, accountant working from 7-8 years did fraud of more than 60-70 lakhs and fled away.Sr.Manager did conspiracy along with Sales head to throw Out the AGM from company and than he became AGM and than just like movies,company found this AGM is also involved in forex fraud so now company asked him to leave and again called the old AGM and he is now the new AGM in the branch.No seniors for support because they also have there own targets so they will not help,they are only for taking reporting doing ungli,there team members leaving the company and they are taking those accounts and surviving so they don't have to go to market and hunt for new business as they are getting already a prepared food and from there TL will give numbers and do his target and executives will get frustrated wid the culture and leave the job...and the cycle rotates so on...
Company is hard core sales oriented only concerned about numbers. THere main focus is to sell instead of giving quality to customer. I think the main reason is pressure on sales executive that they end up doing these activities. Owner/MD Mr.Duggal was a wonderful dynamic person to work with. He had vision was clear. They spent alot on their marketing by sponsoring IPL team and became well renowned name.
There is work life balance due to no specific timings off work. There was extreme pressure on sales team. i was highest sales achiever so was always in safe zone but the treatment towards lower performers was not to get them up but to throw them out or threat them everyday.
I joined there as sales executive and because of extra ordinary performance was promoted to team leader and sales Senior Business development executive. it was more about sales pitch and selling skills and relationship development. There was less learning
I won't suggest it anyone even the person is fresher or experienced. Month if target haven't completed, sales guys have to put money from there hand/ or managers will force you to put money from ur hand. Job also won't be secured. I worked for 4 months, 4th month when I put my paper, in the same month 15+ employees have resigned including managers becoz of over pressure.
No work life balance was there. Managers used to torture the sales guys for the number if not completed, they used to force us to resign.
Even I HR is also water part, they act as they support the employees, they will ask the feed back, but no point in sharing the difficulty.
I won't tell the company management is bad..they might be good, but few employes who are the decision maker of particular branch and worst which spoil the company name.
Job security was not there and there was no work-life balance and the worst part is the Branch Manager of Kolkata he used to use slang all the time and humiliate and do politics to destroy the unity amonst employees. He is a complete liar and he compelled the former BM to leave the organisation who was comparatively a better BM. HR department is good for nothing they do not help employees in any circumstances but even after all these I enjoyed working there and made some good friends and this job helped me to make some real good contacts which is a treasure for me.
Good company to start career in sales. Developed sales skill, learnt to do sales in tough situation, acquired corporate and manage corporate (B2B) sales. Senior and colleagues guidance and support in sales which help you to get business.
Daily work pressure, Company policies, Monthly Deduction, Poor life balance, No Proper training and skill development, Limited growth opportunities.
Don’t like anything about this company. Salary not on time, Lots of salary disuction.
It was the worst experience, working with Matrix.
They are very unprofessional, will never recommend anyone to join this organization.
The organization’s profit is deduction of employee salary and F&F.
