As a programmer i didn't find any opportunity to work in different kind of modules or in new project and the technology they are using are very outdated. Production support for the developer is also a negative point for this company.

I have to work 10-15 hours sometime 18 hours. there are no shift timing when ever work is not done continuously doing your work without any overtime. and no any policy when your salary increment and you promoted.
