Initially it was very good, but as new generation people entered the work culture changed, but overall working was fun, although there were certain periods when one had to really work hard to meet deadlines.

The HR department was worse, they had the attitude of harassing people, never would they be having a helpful mentality, they were always jealous, specially about staff members, the officer's of the HR department right from the top executives to the lower officer's do not care, they are above law, if one questions them then he had it. Even after an executive retires, the same harassment policy is followed, in short Angreiz chale gaye, lekin aulad chodke Gaye, the new person follows the footsteps of his predecessor, rules are bended for select few, in short ,show me the person and i will show you the rules...Read More

In MDL, there are vacancies of all trade for company contractual employee, but There is no vacancy for ICTSM trade. The company recruit the apperenticeship's vacancy, but after apperentice they don't join us (ICTSM trainee) as a contractual employee or any other employee. This is so unsatisfying.
