Best place to work i have been completed mine PG work plus studies when I started McDonald's at that time I was zero but now McDonald's has changed mine life and I can't even imagine that i am working as a Restaurant Manger it really feels so provide and over hear i have been learnt lot which ideally helps me to maintain professional in mine life

Excellent work culture, Excellent Job Security, Great Management and company policies - Wait all this were before Jan'2020. McDonald's India North & East was a excellent organization, to work for till Jan'2020. Post takeover by MMG group this organization has become complete selfish one and promotors just want to get profits anyhow.

Organization has become more selfish towards it's profit and becoming a desi company on day to day basis. All employee benefits being taken away in name of Covid. No real skill development apart from learning how to save job. Earlier I was a proud employee of McDonald's but now a days I'm ashamed of same. Everyone in this organization looking for another job. Need to work on rest days, holidays and even on leaves. New management is completely unsympathetic towards people needs and morale. There are no appraisals, no salary increments and no bonus. Strongly would not recommend any one for joining this organization....Read More

You are not doing real manager/consultant job rather than a clerk's job of checking files, things and all. No new and interesting job routine, it's very monotonous and boring.
