You will work with some of the best minds in the industry. Lots of learning for folks new to industry. Employee benefits and other perks.

Dislikes

Unrealistic expectations. Extremely long working hours and then expectation is also to build assets alongside your client engagements. No recognition and slow growth/promotions in McKC. Won't advice experienced industry professionals to join.
