company is good, salaries OK. If u want Job security u will sacrifice lot of things. A few learning things, if u r start ur Carrier with this company is good bcoz company & employees can teach u lessons, this is gud bcoz if ur first job is very difficult, hard & lot of pains, you can survive any where. Company chairperson is a very good human being

Dislikes

Lot of politics, HR personal department reckless, management avg, if u r grow don't worry ur co-employees will down ur position, they will play with ur job. Encouragement is very poor. Believing system is not there, if u r telling new concept to ur superior that guy never digest ur concept, never supporting to u. A few departments will support like power electronics. Daily life in medha, morning 9:00 am one siren 9:05 another siren, you must put biometric within the time other wise these are effecting on ur increments & promotions, 11:00 am one siren for tea break & 11:07 another siren for ending tea break, afternoon two sirens for 40 min lunch time, recently 5 min increased, evening tea time same sirens same time 4:00 to 4:07, last ending time punch out 6:00pm if u r early punch out 5:59 pm half day cut. And one more thing mobiles are not allowed for non executive & some executive, sometimes late nights in company, going to home & fresh up, eating, sleeping, wake-up & day is as usual

Provides very good opportunities for learning & innovating. Appraisal system is good. Salary is good. Job is very much secured. Work done here equals the work done by NITians and IITians in top MNCs. Hardwork and talent get very much recognition.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is too bad. Company pushes so many targets and deadlines and never bothers of employee welfare. Hierarchy system is too bad in some departments, some senior management employees are useless, lack knowledge and wisdom, dont learn or solve any issues and expect lower employees to do all the job, inshort, technical managers behave like just HR managers and have zero technical knowledge . Only some seniors, not all, some work extremely hard and no comments on them. Heavy work is ok only if every saturday is a holiday. But only one 3rd saturday is a holiday and other saturdays are working days. Due to design of electronics for railways, over-night testing, field trails are inevitable which are horrible and employees spend so many sleepless nights and work in very harsh field environments. Canteen food is worst, doesnt provide other sources of food like fruits , drinks even for money. Complete drain of energy with hectic work is common. And one sunday holiday is useless, gies for resting alone.

The company is very good for innovation and adopting of latest technology. The Company is the No.1 contributor for Indian railways in propulsion and traction control systems. At presently we are stepping into various development areas. Overall working experience is good but need to balance your Work and Life.

Dislikes

They will judge you by total working hours not by effective working hours.

Work

Generally I am a Embedded Software developer. By gathering requirements from the customer we will plan our development. I feel working freedom is ok but during project ending they put pressure on software developers by keeping impractical deadlines.

I love this company because it is an indian company. It is only indian company that competition with world class rail way companies. So I am very happy being a part of this company.

Dislikes

As we are work with Indian Rail way so problem with working hours and rest not fixed.

My work as a team leader at particular location so i am facing new problem regularly and for this i learnt knowledge from this problem. As i am closer to our customer so it will be a great experience to handle other person. It helps to built my skill also

I have worked IT department.as per my position work satisfaction is poor nothing helped me in my career growth and opportunity.Working in other departments for design and production is very good.regarding salaries they are very best in industries.work pressure is high and no holidays always manager wants work in Sundays also.

My work is very boring.although I am experienced they are recruited me as trainee.no holidays always manager wants work in Sundays and holidays.lots of data entry work which is not used in my career development.

1.Not using to learn work & Skills in this company for Apprenticeship.
2.some employees are mis behavioured & haven't relationship correctly with employees and trainees.
3.This company is not succeeded for make relationship as like a Family..
4.Free food is not available.
5.HR department wasn't react quickly some times.
6. Here is Mixed employment & that means like Technicians & Helpers had gave as same work.

The employee may get good position in Medha if he do feeding information secretly of his team mates to his manager, there is no value for talented persons in Medha, do unauthorized work at off site, no safety during work, only local candidates will get good rewards , influence etc.... Lot of politics....Medha is Paying money for govt officers to get job done unauthorizedly for new product orders / present product services at off site.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was the part of team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. managers do not value an individual unique strength which is make my moral down.

Mostly belong to railway products.. Must focus on all products and services, no focus on those who are working genuinely.

I m a civil engineer, worked in automation in canal structures gates.. Such great idea to save water all over the world. I proudly say I was worked on that proposal.
