Work pressure is high which every one do not enjoy,there was a great autonomy in the working of my department but very senior people some times created blunder by paradropping there favorite candidates overlooking the merit.
The teammate is very good and helpful. The training is very helpful and it is very help in my carrer. The job security is nice. The growth is their but salary growth is not high. The travelling bus is their but it is not their. The work environment is very nice. The work life balance is their but shift is rotational.
