Managers are only favourable to girls. Team change can happen anytime and you have to work any shift time they want without having holidays. Lot of internal politics. For which you cannot grow in the organisation

Everything was good in Mediamint. The environment and co-workers are very friendly. They can easily understand your problem and fix it as soon as possible.

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything about Mediamint.

The work culture is really good. The college was very friendly. Always you will get something new. Management always encourages their employees with some appreciation and provides some benefits. Previously the quarterly bonus was quite good now it slightly decreased.

Dislikes

Few RM was quite rude and harsh with their employees. very hard to digest and they always make you fear in your mind.
