No work security, Full of Politics, You will work really hard yet all your Hard work will go into vein if you are not from South. You will be Delayed with promotions and get lesser appraisal. Initially HRs will talk very politely then slowly they will get rude and The worst they can go upto blackmailing you if you don't accept their their terms and conditions.
