Staff is very good.. but uper management very bad..

if your plant in shutdown they will transfer u in any company without any information. and management doesn't receive your call .. and they doesn't cleared how much time to re join original unit.. they transfer anywhere if your field or not they don't care

but if plant shut down.. they will transfer to you in any unit any location without any notice. and cut communication with transferred employees
