Worked for more than a decade. Management had a great expansion during this time. The objective of the company is more towards product development however due to poor leadership the reality is that MBRDI is an internal service provider of Daimler. Lateral entries get heavily paid. It is advisable to ask for maximum hike while joining because the average hikes are below market standards. If your work creates expansion of head count you will be recognised. Technology is not so important, however they do pay higher for hot skills....Read More
