Meritnation is little good platform for working that's it. I will not saying more about the company. Actually the reality is I'm not doing working direct from meritnation I'm doing work for a meritnation vendor. So I don't know more about the meritnation.

They are not paid salary timely and this is a very big negative point about the any company.

Company is known for good incentive structure.

Work timing. Growth is slow until you have a good connection with the management. Apprisal is below average. Company is constantly increasing its product price but the value of the product is decreasing day by day. While the competitors are doing well by changing the product accordng to the customer requirements and current market base.

I feel no shame in accepting "Pathetic environment and workplace". People experience torture, when empty, pass their time in hitting on girls and making the environment more uncomfortable and polluted to work in. Hardwork is not praised and managers mistresses are praised and given undue advantage. I wouldn't have mentioned this dirt until my caliber and confidence were getting affected. I really like the the people who were working there with me that's it.

Dislikes

There are some people who were at the higher position but are not well qualified for that, work culture is pathetic , even week offs are not provided and people are forced to work extra long hours.the company don't provide any compensation for people working extra.
