All mangers are really good and supporting you will get huge incentives if you are doing good, the only problem is that there is no work life balance over there. You have to work around 14-15 hrs in a day. If you are staying with your family and you are bachelor then this job is best for you but if you are expecting quality time to spend with family while doing job then this job is not for you. I was hired for Delhi office on May 2020 but on the day of hitting the floor they informed me that i am in Lucknow branch. BM of that branch made life of girls so pathetic.He used to defame the girls if any male colleague used to her in sales. BM always tried to intervene into someone personal space. He used to ask for different favors in return of job security. When 3 girls complained about him neither Manager nor AVP took any action after giving the complaint in written form. We tend to get a bit disconnected from our social life as we are supposed to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well and get weekly offs' on Mondays. But again the level of compensation (Incentives) is so high that it's worth it working even on Saturday and Sundays.

People experience torture, when empty, pass their time in hitting on girls and making the environment more uncomfortable and polluted to work in. I really like the the people who were working there with me that's it.

Dislikes

There are some people who were at the higher position but are not well qualified for that, work culture is pathetic , even week offs are not provided and people are forced to work extra long hours.the company don't provide any compensation for people working extra.

Please Read till last, Mumbai branch is worst to work with, there is no personal life, every FE use to reach office @11 and come back home not before 12AM sometimes it goes to 1:30 AM, and there is no proper planning to give meetings, if a person stays in virar our manager gives him meeting of vashi or belapur of or panvel @8PM. working with this company made me feel like i am GULAAM and not the employee, if you would ask for leave for one day you wont get, when i had given resignation it was 6 days left in that company and i was having headache badly, i asked for leave i did not get and i had to come office, when i came to office i was not able to sit properly then our branch manager came and he told that me that "you are a good actor" i can not explain what i felt that time i just started crying. it has been a month and i am still not well, this company made me sick and i dont know when i would get well. any ways if i will explain every thing what i experienced it would become a novel<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. i would just suggest everyone not to work with this company especially mumbai branch you would get good salary but its your decision whether you want to sell yourself and be a GULAAM and make yourself sick in such a way that you would never become the person you were before joining this company</mark>....Read More
