Responsibility should be on basis of JD which is lacking in mgm. Only blame on certain categories rest all are on comfort zone.

All are understanding, when we are in any issues everyone comes together & solve it ,no blaming on each other & see it to that it is not repeated.

Dislikes

Nothing specific but suggestions are there. If all the new joinees are given proper induction on the day of joining including all the employees it would be better. All the employees should be given each dept orientation during induction.
