The company culture was great at first. Young and vibrant people all around. Median age would be around 28-29 yrs. The exposure to various categories and understanding of consumer behaviour and interaction with clients at an early stage is a positive.
In short >> Good company to start your career

Dislikes

The top management is not very good now in terms of encouraging talented people, and maintaining the culture that was in the company few years back. There is a lot of dissatisfaction among people in the lower ranks and the company is failing to retain good talent. The work stops being meaningful after a certain point of time, as there is no change in work from ARM > RM > SRM.. with team responsibilities being given only at managerial level. Compensation is pretty low(possibly because of low industry turnover).
In short >> Not for ambitious people

Very limited time for one self. No work life balance. Too much of work pressure due to tight timelines of the deliverables

Absolutely Nothing. The company is terrible ( the people to be more precise) . The upper management is cocky and although they preach open to new ideas and stuff , they want to impose their bullshit ideologies to whosoever join the organisation.
