Post merger there has been some improvements in HR policies.

It’s management mess on all level There is no check on ROI for senior resources If you work, you will be dumped with too much work. If you don’t work no one will bother you, and you can live a happy life. While hiring HR doesn’t say it’s a proactive hire, ppl suffer a lot because of same. Many are asked to leave as not getting any billed project.

There no projects in this company, they keep everyone on bench forever. I was hired in july 2022 and since then it’s been more than 1 year, I haven’t got any project irrespective of giving numerous successful interviews. They keep on telling us that we want experienced candidates for the project but don’t give fresher a chance even after having good knowledge on the same tech stack. And on the name of increment they increased only 700rs. So anyone can guess what this company is doing with their employees (specially freshers)....Read More

There is nothing left to like this company as it is same as others. It doesn't think about your talent or work skilss.

It is a very ridiculous company with no job security at all. At any moment they can send a mail and release the employee if project is completed. They have a very poor communication with employees.
