Internal politics due to this i lost my job. My manager is from Chennai he is very rude with me for not speaking Tamil. He knows what's going on in project he use to handle scrum calls if we say working or learning some new things related to technology he used to abort that and talk very rudely. One of the challenges at LTIMINDTREE involves the appraisal and promotion process, especially during mergers with L&T. Employees at LTIMindtree have expressed disappointment with the promotion and appraisal cycles. Even with top ratings, the maximum increment received is typically limited to 6%. This lack of advancement opportunities and inadequate compensation leads to employee dissatisfaction.

Good Working Environment. Relaxed work sometimes too hectic many times.

Dislikes

appraisal hikes are literally 0 from last year. This year it's been delayed to Q3. It's hardcore services environment. Watever client says is the final wording. Senior leadership is not inline with employees all the time. Communication is delayed to employees for critical milestones.

As it is still a growing company as compared to some of its peers, if you work hard, You can grow really fast. If you are in the right assignment with a good boss, things can work out very weel for you.

Dislikes

A lot of supporting functions do not care about helping people out. Not very professional. A good amount of your time may go just chasing these folks and thu don't seem to care.

There is nothing to like working at LTIMINDTREE. I never suggest anyone to join at LTIMINDTREE. No work life balance and there is no chance to developing our skills . the job security was also not good and main there is no any salary benifits and worst appraisal and promotion system at LTIMINDTREE.
