Pay scale is good. But job security is at risk

Kept on bench for a lot of time. Later got an onsite opportunity, during work when they came to know about my pregnancy, cancelled my deputation and was kept on bench till maternity leave. NOT preferring candidates coming from maternity leaves for projects.

Work life balance is good although it mostly depend on your project and client.

Dislikes

Poor compensation and hikes. No clear Communication from leaders and HR regarding policies. Lack of good projects and mostly very short duration projects (around 3 months).

One of my worst decisions ever to join this. Its been 1 month i have joined and i am so badly harassed and tortured every day by the team. After complaining to hr the hr here is the most biased. All the team and hr team has ganged up and now harrasing altogether. Being on bench is worst then being a criminal in lti. HR tries to prove the problems which i am facing is due to my personal problems and the actual problems which i am facing are not even discussed.. i am being told this is one of the best BU but it is actually the worst. They treat you as slave. 2 days wfo policy is there but told that you have to come 3 days ti office and if you dont come your leave will be cut. When discussed this with hr the hr changes the topic. The politics here is stronger then our governments politics. Being new in this organization makes people think that we own her. They have no respect and care. Only liking is that it's a service based mass hiring company with multiple projects.

Dislikes

Salary is too low. They are slave to client and breaks the norm of not working during day hours.Late night calls at around 12 am is very common.

Sometimes wont find the respect for the work. Duration between appraisal cycle and hike letter is too long Getting into good project is random at best. You dont have too much control.

The only good thing as of now is company is giving on-time salary.

Everything, starting from management to infrastructure to admin support team. No hike from past 3 years, No proper communication to the employees, micromanagent, if someone ask something to HR about increment letter on company's engage portal they are been forced to delete the posts. They are forcing to take the interviews on weekdays and weekends but do not want to pay for it.

No hike, promotion since 3 years. Management just playing with employees and taking advantage of market situation. No fix schedule of appraisal. HRs are just jokers with no clue about appraisal cycle, letters. Top level management are trying to keep share holders happy by showing steady growth at the same time not worrying about employees.

Chill work provided that all your working is completed within stipulated time. No extra working hours (purely based on project). Managers are highly supporting.

Increment process is very very slow. Even after one year, associates haven't received their increment.

It's not a professional company. Better to do daily wages rather than working in Ltimindtree. No HR communication, appraisal calls discussion, rating discussion. No professionalism at all. They just says bring money from client. They will not care 1% about the employee. Currently in 2 years hike cycle was shifted twice and there was no communication also

I took up a new role here,the work culture is toxic with my boss not interested in mentoring in anyway and more about badgering and humiliating their own team.. I liked the Kolkata office, very nice environment and atmosphere here. However, I'm not able to move out of this team for now

Working environment is decent as Mindtree previously had very employee friendly work culture. But since merger with LTI, the work culture has downgraded. Its not the old employee friendly mindtree limited instead a typical corporate culture where employees and their efforts are not acknowledged anymore.

Growth is negligible at this point. Im working 3 years with bare minimum increase in my salary. I get top ratings in my appraisal cycle but no increment at all during promotions. And the management is not at all employee friendly anymore. They will not even consider your genuine problems and literally force you to align with the company policies. Job security. Atleast they keep you till 2 months, it can extend to 3-4 months as well dependipn upon your salary and position.

Just today, or yesterday dont know today or yesterday but yesterday I logged-in at 12pm and logoff at 5am. Project manager used to get any if you ask to logoff before 11-12hours.
